All orders are processed the same day they are received.  Orders will be acknowledged by email.  Your customer Number will also be provided in the event you need to contact us.

If you are not satisfied with your Ultra-Lyte purchase return must be within 30 days of your purchase date. 

SHIPPING/DELIVERY OPTIONS

All orders are processed within 24 hours except for orders received after Noon on Fridays (MST).  We use Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service, or your choice of shipping provider.  Orders are shipped Monday through Friday

SALES TAX

 Sales taxes will be applied on your invoice.

PAYMENT POLICY

Sales tax and shipping charges will be added.  Your credit card will be charged on the day that your order is shipped.

RETURN POLICY & REFUNDS

Call or email office for instructions.

A copy of your receipt is required along with the product for a full refund.  Refunds are not offered on items returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds are permitted ONLY to the original purchaser.  Return Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
