RWS devices are designed to produce RWS HOCL onsite for use in a multitude of different applications where there is a need for disinfection and sterilization. The generation of RWS HOCL is accomplished through the use of RWS’s mobile water system treatment devices to produce safe, fast-acting disinfecting and sterilizing liquids onsite.
The RWS Disinfectant is made with the use of ECA, or Electrical Chemical Activation technology, which generates two end products: a state of the art non-toxic sanitizer/disinfectant and a mild detergent using only purified salt (NaCI), tap water (H2O) and electricity (110v).
The sanitizer is a form of Free Available Chlorine, Hypochlorous Acid (HOCI) which is non-toxic and 99.5% water. HOCL (Hypochlorous Acid) is a gentle but extremely potent antimicrobial solution. It offers the added benefits of being able to remove biofilm and scale from manufacturing equipment, thus, greatly minimizing a major contributor to contamination problems.
Because HOCL (Hypochlorous Acid) effectively destroys microorganisms, they cannot build up resistance to HOCL as they can to other sanitizers and disinfectants.
